I went in thinking I’d just poke around, maybe listen to a few albums or find some tracks, and somehow I ended up clicking in circles instead. Like, the band is huge, so I expected the music to be front and center, but it felt more like I was being sent through random pages than actually browsing a catalog. Maybe I missed something, but it just felt weirdly limited and not very clear. I kept thinking, wait, where are the actual albums?

I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund. Maybe I’m being impatient, but it feels like it’s taking way longer than it should. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

I dunno, this site just didn’t feel very trustworthy to me. Something about it seemed kinda off, so I wasn’t really comfortable using it...

Overall, the account page worked really well for me. Logging in was simple, and updating my account settings felt easy and straightforward, which definitely made me feel confident using the site. The only minor downside was that the password reset took a little longer than I expected, but everything did work in the end

I had a good feeling about placing my order, and I’m glad I trusted my gut. The discount was really nice and made it way cheaper than I expected. Everything went smoothly with no issues, so I’m happy with the whole experience.

I mainly signed up for the exclusive Zeppelin stuff, and it’s been fun so far. There are some older photos and little bits I don’t remember seeing before, so if you’re into the band, it’s definitely... yeah, it’s cool. The site is easy to get around, though a few pages load a bit slow for me sometimes. It’s not perfect or anything, but overall I’m glad I joined. I’d give it 4 stars.

It shipped quicker than I expected and got here in a few days. Tracking was normal, no issues.

I was excited when my order finally showed up, but then I got hit with a customs fee I wasn’t really expecting. That part was a little annoying, not gonna lie. Still, once I paid the duties, everything went smoothly and the package arrived in good shape. So overall, a bit of a bump in the road, but the order itself was totally fine.

I ordered a shirt from ledzeppelin.com and the delivery has been such a headache. The tracking barely moved for days, then the delivery date changed twice without any clear explanation, so I’ve been stuck checking updates over and over like it’s my job.
I reached out to support and just got a basic copy-paste type reply, which didn’t really help. Maybe the shirt will be fine if it ever shows up, but dealing with all this extra follow-up on my end is really frustrating. I can’t trust the delivery at all, so it’s 1 star for reliability

I really liked the look of the shirts when they arrived, and the designs are definitely cool. Shipping was slower than I expected, though, and the sizing felt a little off for me. Overall, I’m happy I tried them, but I’d probably double-check the size chart next time...

The site is cool and the merch looks really nice, but yeah, some of the prices were a little higher than I expected... especially once shipping gets added on. I wouldn’t call it a ripoff or anything, it just doesn’t feel super budget-friendly if you’re only trying to grab a shirt or something

The site itself is totally fine and easy enough to use, but soooo much of the merch I wanted wasn’t available. I still found a few things I liked, I just really wish the sizes and items would come back in stock more often.

I ordered a vinyl and a CD from ledzeppelin.com thinking I was in for a glorious little mail-day moment, and instead it turned into a full-on disappointment saga. The vinyl was popping all over the place and somehow looked dusty the second I pulled it out of the sleeve. Then the CD showed up with a cracked case, and just to really finish the tragedy, the disc skipped twice. For official stuff, I expected so much better. I won’t be buying again

I ordered a Led Zeppelin shirt from ledzeppelin.com, the whole checkout thing was painless. I don’t remember every tiny step, but I added the shirt to my cart, put in my info, paid, and the confirmation email showed up right away.
Nothing annoying stands out, which is usually a good sign. I do remember the shipping cost showing before I paid, and the site worked fine on my phone. Easy enough experience, so I’d give it 5 stars.

The shirt arrived packaged well overall, which is what I was hoping for. The box did have a small dent on one corner, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect the shirt

The refund did take a while, but I did get it in the end. i know people can get impatient with this kind of thing, and I get it, but it wasn’t like they completely ignored me or anything. It just took longer than I would’ve liked.
